Brad Prince was the City of Langley’s Owner’s Engineer for this $37 Million Design-Build project. The primary project feature was a 600 m long overpass structure that crosses the Langley Bypass (Highway 10) and the CP Rail mainline to connect Duncan Way to 62nd Avenue.
Brad provided contract administration services, oversaw the technical team that reviewed the contractor’s design submissions, and provided field reviews during construction to confirm compliance with the contract documents.
