Through a sub-contract with WSP, Brad Prince was the Project Director for WSP’s multi-disciplined team of planners, engineers, and architects for the detailed design of this $438 Million project. The project includes replacement of the Georgia and Dunsmuir Street viaducts with an at-grade street network that will connect Northeast False Creek to the downtown core, 32 acres of new and renewed parks and open space, opportunities for community and social development, and the creation of a new vibrant waterfront destination. The project includes approximately 8km of new or retrofit urban roads including ground improvement, road widening, bike lanes/paths, sidewalks, site furnishings, traffic signals, lighting, and extensive utility upgrades.
