Brad Prince was the Design Manager for Broadway Subway Constructors General Partnership, the consortium responsible for the design, construction and partial financing of the $2.83 Billion Broadway Subway Project. The project is a 5.7 km extension to the existing SkyTrain system that includes 700 m of elevated guideway, 5 km of tunnelling, and six underground stations. Brad was responsible for overseeing all aspects of the non-systems design and design services during the first few years of construction. The non-systems components include the elevated guideway, bored and mined tunnels, stations, utility relocations, municipal infrastructure, shoring, and temporary traffic decks to keep the very busy Broadway corridor open during station construction.
