Brad Prince founded Proactive Infrastructure Consulting in 2015 to provide Project Management and Advisory Services to consulting firms, contractors, and owners. The firm focuses primarily on large, complex, multidisciplinary infrastructure projects.

Over the course of his 30-year career, Brad has been directly involved in the management of $10 Billion worth of road, rail, transit, and port infrastructure, including $5 Billion worth of built infrastructure. Brad is experienced in design, construction, alternate procurement and delivery, risk management, consultation, collaboration, negotiation, multi-agency project funding, value engineering, and managing the diverse talents of large project teams towards highly effective results. As an advisor, Brad’s extensive experience in assessing constructability and risk has been instrumental in helping clients determine the best delivery model and the most efficient design for their desired project outcome.
