Brad Prince was a Project Advisor to the Prince Rupert Port Authority / McElhanney Project Management Team for delivery of this $125 Million project, which included a 5 km road in coastal mountain terrain to connect Ridley Island to the south end of the Fairview Container Terminal. The project site is challenged by a very steep upland, an existing CN Rail siding, and construction within sensitive marine habitat. Road construction included marine work utilizing locally quarried rock.
