Brad Prince was the Design-Build Manager for Pacific Gateway Constructors General Partnership, the consortium responsible for the design and construction of this $260 Million Design-Build project. The project involved the implementation of four new grade-separated interchanges in close proximity to each other on Highway 17, Highway 91, and the Highway 91 Connector. Brad was responsible to the Project Director for design oversight, design-construction integration, leading constructability reviews, and for developing construction staging / traffic detour configurations. The design considered the approximately 23 different stages / traffic configurations required to construct the project within a very constrained site.
