During Project Development, Brad Prince acted as Kinder Morgan’s Project Manager for this $31 Million grade separated crossing of the CN Rail mainline. Brad developed the project scope, schedule, budget, and implementation strategy through considerable consultation with the five funding partners and various other project stakeholders. The project deliverable for this first phase was a Project Definition Report, which outlined the project need and justification, scope, permitting and approval process, land disposition, funding framework, risk management plan, project delivery method, budget, and approach to stakeholder consultation during implementation.
Brad subsequently oversaw completion of the detailed designs, obtained key project permits, and prepared the tender and contract documents prior to handing the project over to the District of North Vancouver for construction.
